CLIFFNIC FAQ'S
1. What food & beverages are included?
Depending on which packages you select, the food and beverage options get more elaborate and varied. Food is similar to a Mezze plate for two, with multiple courses delivered by basket from above, featuring local foods and beverage sourced from a wide range of seasonally-available premium South Coast producers.

2. Where are they located?

We use a range of locations in the Shoalhaven regions all located within 30 minutes of the Nowra CBD. We like to let weather dictate which clifflike we use leading up to the event so we can have the best experience possible.

3. What is your cancellation Policy?
​
In the event of Outdoor Raw cancelling for any reason participants are entitled to a full refund. Outdoor Raw refund policy is no refunds when cancelling within 7 days of the Cliffnic. Refunds when cancelled by the participant will be given at our discretion, judged on a case by case basis.

4. What happens if the weather is bad?
​
Safety and enjoyment are our main concerns in any outdoor activity. We are trained experts in assessing weather risk and will cancel if there is any danger. If we need to cancel due to weather we aim to rebook or refund the experience. Cancelling for weather is entirely at the discretion of Outdoor Raw.

5. What fitness level is required?
Some of our sites have a walk in to the Cliffnic location, never more than 1km. Getting on and off the platform requires some flexibility and strength (think about the level of a basic yoga class) as you climb down a ladder to access the platform.

6. How do I book?
Hit the "Enquire Now" button below and send us the dates you're wanting to have your Cliffnic experience and we will get back to you with availability options, then we will flick you link for payment to secure your booking.

7. Do you accept Dine & Discover vouchers?
​
Not at this stage sorry! Plenty of South Coast businesses do though, try Dolphin Watch Cruises for a good one!
